- To create and track your case
- To provide AI-powered suggestions and guidance
- To improve service quality and user experience
- To render information inside your account dashboard
3. Data Retention
- Active cases are retained until case resolution
- Resolved cases are automatically deleted after 90 days
- You may request immediate deletion at any time
AI Processing
When AI Features are enabled, Uncomplaint can process complaint content to help you draft and manage your case.
- AI can analyze your complaint text and uploaded context to identify key facts.
- AI can structure complaint details and generate draft language and suggestions.
- AI-generated outputs are stored with your case under the same retention rules.
- You can disable AI Features at any time in Dashboard Settings → Privacy Settings.
- If you disable AI Features, new cases run in manual mode without AI analysis, drafts, or suggestions.
4. Data Sharing and Processors
- We do not sell personal data
- Company responses in MVP are AI-simulated and do not involve real company access
Third-Party Processors
We share limited data with the following third-party service providers who process it on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting. Receives and stores your account credentials and case data.
- PostHog — server-side product analytics. Receives your email address, anonymized usage events (page views, feature interactions), and session metadata to help us understand and improve the platform. PostHog does not set cookies in your browser.
We limit data shared with processors to what is necessary for them to provide their services. We do not share personal information for advertising or profiling purposes.

- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Correct profile or case details where applicable
6. Legal Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Subject to the dispute resolution terms in our Terms of Service, disputes related to this policy are subject to jurisdiction in Delaware, United States.
