This is a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) demonstration platform. Please note:

  • Responses do not represent actual company positions or commitments
  • The Service is under active development and features may change

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content

IN NO EVENT SHALL UNCOMPLAINT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid to use the Service (currently $0)

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to:

  • Analyze complaint information
  • Generate structured complaint drafts
  • Suggest communication strategies
  • Simulate company responses (MVP only)

You acknowledge that:

  • AI suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation
  • AI-generated content should be reviewed and edited before use
  • You are solely responsible for communications you send based on AI suggestions
  • Simulated company responses do not represent actual company positions

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability, but:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

9. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to:

10. Termination

  • Your use poses security or legal risks
  • You engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior

Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our retention policy (90 days after case resolution, or immediately upon request).

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Uncomplaint and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service's branding or trademarks without permission

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Subject to Section 14 (Dispute Resolution), you and Uncomplaint agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States, for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation
  2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
  3. Binding arbitration administered in Delaware, United States, except where small claims court is permitted by applicable law

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy,Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Uncomplaint regarding the Service.
